PPH's "Efficient" EIR Addendum Meeting

The Palomar Pomerado Health district's special meeting on December 6, 2005, included a public hearing, board discussion, and board approval of the Final EIR addendum regarding the environmental effects of locating the new hospital in the ERTC across the street from the Palomar Energy Project (a 550 megawatt electric power plant). The special meeting lasted less than 35 minutes. A model of governmental efficiency?
