ERTC Agreement Between PPH / Escondido

The North County Times published an opinion (Aug. 25) including the following:
"To seal this grand deal, Gallo and Waldron want district board members to agree in writing to the downtown expansion and to spend an estimated $26 million on widening and extending Citracado Avenue to ensure a smooth flow of people to the new hospital. These are reasonable requests. Escondido and Palomar have a deal to celebrate. More important, North County is back on track to a badly needed expansion of its regional health care system."
