New Hospital in Escondido, But Not in the ERTC

The Escondido City Council has passed a resolution indicating that they want the Palomar Pomerado Health (PPH) district to build its new hospital in Escondido, but not in the Escondido Research and Technology Center (ERTC). PPH has stated that the only viable location is in the ERTC. Both sides claim the other is being inflexible.
